Kaitlin founded Endres-Guenniche Law to serve the contractors, subcontractors, and project owners who build Southern California. Her practice is exclusively focused on construction law — because depth of knowledge matters more than breadth when your project and livelihood are on the line.
Her hands-on experience as a licensed general contractor gives her a strategic edge that few attorneys can offer. Her working knowledge of California building code and the ability to read construction plans means she can identify defenses and legal strategies that a non-contractor attorney may never recognize are available. Kaitlin serves as Chairwoman of the City of San Diego's Board of Appeals & Advisors within the Development Services Department — a role that places her at the intersection of construction, policy, and the law. She is a member of the ABA Forum on Construction Law, the San Diego County Bar Association, the North County Bar Association, the Lopardo Inn of Court, and the North County Legislative Society.
In 2025, Kaitlin was recognized as a Marquis Who's Who Honored Listee. Her construction company has been nominated for the 2026 BBB Torch Award for Ethics — a reflection of the values she brings to everything she does, in business and in law.
